The STAS multirail, which you can use to hang and light works of art, has won the 'Good Industrial Design Award 2009'. This prize is awarded to products that exemplify the commercial strength of good design. The STAS multirail is available with LED lighting and high quality Philips halogen spotlights were recently added to the lighting options. The jury considers the functionality and innovative properties of the design and the choice of materials. The jury report on the STAS multirail was highly complimentary. 

The STAS multirail is available with 2 types of LED lamps, resulting in high energy efficiency (class A+) and long life (a minimum of 50,000 hours). This means that the system complies perfectly with the new European directive on LED lighting. The light is a warm white and does not emit UV or infrared radiation, thereby preventing damage to the works of art.

STAS minirail wins prestigious Best New Product Award

The patented STAS minirail hanging system for paintings has won the prestigious Best New Product Award for Decorative Accessories. This much-coveted prize is awarded each year to interior design products that stand out for their good design, functionality and durability. The Award was presented for the 21^st time during the world's premier exhibition for interior furnishings, architecture and design, the designEX in Melbourne, Australia.

STAS multirail bekroond met designprijs!

De STAS multirail, waarmee je kunstwerken kunt ophangen èn verlichten, is bekroond met de 'Good Industrial Design Award 2009'. Dit keurmerk wordt toegekend aan producten die de commerciële kracht van design laten zien. Bij de beoordeling wordt rekening gehouden met de functionaliteit, innovativiteit van het ontwerp en de materiaalkeuze. De STAS multirail kreeg lovende woorden van de jury. 

De STAS multirail is verkrijgbaar met 2 type LED lampen, waardoor hij zeer energiezuinig is (klasse A+) en vele branduren heeft (min. 50.000 uur). Hiermee sluit het systeem perfect aan op de nieuwe Europese richtlijnen voor LED verlichting. Het licht is warm wit en bevat geen UV- straling en infrarood, waardoor het kunstwerken niet kan schaden.

STAS in "Bouwen aan de Zorg"

In september 2009 stond een uitgebreid artikel over STAS picture hanging systems in "Bouwen aan de Zorg". Dit vaktijdschrift over de bouw en ontwikkeling in de zorg besteedde aandacht aan het kostenbesparende effect van een schilderij ophangsysteem in een zorginstelling. 

Kostenbesparing uit onverwachte hoek

Raar maar waar: een simpele handeling als het ophangen van een schilderij kan een zorginstelling behoorlijk op kosten jagen. Dat heeft STAS picture hanging systems berekend. Dit bedrijf, met vestigingen in Lommel en Eindhoven, biedt een ruim assortiment duurzame railsystemen voor het ophangen van schilderijen, foto's whiteboards, etc. Zo kan een zorginstelling op eenvoudige wijze een huiselijke sfeer creëren. STAS Minirail remporte le prix du Design en Australie!

STAS a reçu le prestigieux prix du "Meilleur Design pour Accessoire de Décoration" en Australie, en mai 2009.  Cet évènement d'ampleur internationale affirme une fois de plus la capacité d'innovation de STAS! Nous sommes extrêmement heureux d'avoir obtenu ce prix et d'avoir développé ce produit.

STAS multirail, mit dem Sie Bilder aufhängen und gleichzeitig beleuchten können, wurde mit dem 'Good Industrial Design Award 2009' ausgezeichnet. Diese Auszeichnung wird Produkten verliehen, die die kommerzielle Aussagekraft von Design zum Ausdruck bringen.
